Returning goods before despatch

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason before the goods have been despatched from our warehouse – normally 1 working day.

If you wish to cancel your order within this period please contact sales AT matrixmultimedia.co.uk by email or call us on 0870 700 1831.

It is not possible to cancel an order, with no acceptable reason, once the goods have left our warehouse. Where payment for the goods has been taken from your credit card a full refund – on your credit card – will be made. This may take 10 working days.

Returns schedule

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods. No returns after this time has elapsed will be accepted. If you wish to make a return - for any reason - then you must contact
sales AT matrixmultimedia.co.uk by email or call us on 01422 252380. The reason for this is that there may be a simple technical fix which can get your product up an running quickly.

Faulty goods

If you have received goods that are faulty then we will replace them free of charge. We may ask you – at your own expense – to return the goods to us. If our technical department agree that the goods are faulty then you will be sent – free of charge - a replacement and will be offered a refund of the expenditure for sending the goods back to us.

Goods that do not meet the specification

We use our best endeavours to ensure that goods meet the appropriate specification and description they are sold to meet. If you feel that the goods do not meet the required standards or specification, then please contact us to arrange a return. If we agree that the goods do not meet the required standard then we will offer you a full refund. This policy also applies to instances where the wrong item has been sent.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
